In this project, a noise barrier made from soil takes on a dual purpose, reducing freeway noise while offering a space for outdoor activities.

The barrier's design includes a winding path on top, connecting to a nearby nature playground.

The thoughtful placement of trees and shrubs around the barrier, combined with wildflower plantings on the south-facing slope, adds natural beauty and biodiversity, turning what would have been a purely functional structure into a green, recreational haven for residents.
